Delete your account

How to permanently delete your NitoPath account and data.

In the app

  1. Open NitoPath and sign in.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone.

Without the app

Email Nitopath@gmail.com from the email address on the account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, settings, saved places, saved routes, trip history and camera reports. Backups may keep copies for a short period before they’re overwritten. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription, because billing goes through Apple or Google. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. See How do I cancel?
